  • You will have 2 yoga sessions daily, one early in the morning on a different isolated beach every day, and one during the sunset on the boat deck.
  • You will have 1 meditation session every day.
  • You will have 3 specific yoga workshops during the trip, focused in a type of asanas or philosophy for a achieving a wellbeing. (check your chosen program for a detailed schedule).
  • You will have access to a wide library of yoga, wellbeing and personal development books , to
    learn during your days by the sea.
  • You will enjoy the day playing in the water or relaxed on the deck.
  • You have plenty of water games
    and activities, like snorkeling , paddle surfing or wake boarding *(only in some yachts).
  • Any time you want to go onshore, to walk on the beach or to visit a location, just need to request it to the captain, he will take you there with the tender.

TYPICAL SCHEDULE in a PER CABIN YOGA RETREAT

Day 1

  • 12.00pm embarking your boat in ibiza.
  • 1.00pm Welcome drink and explanation of the itinerary and activities that you wil develop during the next days .
  • 2.30pm lunch onboard, free time.
  • 5.00pm yoga philosophy workshop: how to achieve mental and physical peace and health applying the principles of yoga philosophy.
  • 7.30pm Sunset yoga class on the deck.
  • 9.30pm Free diner in Ibiza.

Day 2

  • 7:30am Beach sunrise yoga.
  • 9:30am Breakfast and sailing to Cala Sahona.
  • 11:00am Free time in Cala Sahona. We will discover its secret caves with the zodiac and/or Paddle boards. We will see the best corners of the island that are only accessible from the sea!
  • 2:30pm Lunch on board.
  • 3:30pm Free time.
  • 6:00pm yoga class onboard.
  • 7:30pm OPTIONAL excursion on motorcycles to the market of the Mola, where in addition to being able to see the craftsmanship that is produced on the island, there will be live concerts. Free dinner on the island.

Day 3

  • 9.30 breakfast onboard.
  • 11.00 visit to the historic market of ibiza.
  • 13.00 visit to the organic cheesemaker company “companatge” 14,00 lunch in “Can Caus" restaurant and optional visit to Sluiz concept store (nearby)
  • 17.00 return to the boat, free time for siesta while sailing to Formentera.
  • 21.00 Free dinner in Formentera. (disembark in La Savina. Review the suggestions for tonight in your *restaurants list)

Day 4

  • 7.30am Beach sunrise yoga class.
  • 9.30am Breakfast and free time in Cala Sahona.
  • 10.30am specific asanas workshop (arm balance, extensions, inverted …) The theme of the workshop will be decided according to the level of the retreat assistants.
  • 2.30pm Lunch on board.
  • 4.00pm Free time in Espalmador. Shore excursions to discover this private island, unique in the world.
  • 7.45pm Sunset yoga onboard.
  • 9.00pm Farewell dinner in Espalmador, aboard the catamaran.

Day 5

  • 7.30am Beach sunrise yoga class.
  • 9:30am Breakfast.
  • 10.30am Free time onboard while sailing back to ibiza.
  • 12.00pm Disembark
